2 pages for 3-15 years of experience. 3 pages only for senior leadership with extensive accomplishments worth listing. Beyond 3 pages signals you can't prioritise.
List the last 10-15 years in detail. Older roles can be condensed into a brief "Earlier Experience" section or omitted entirely if not relevant to your current target role.
