Achievements are the single biggest lever on a resume - they turn a list of duties into proof of impact. Pika shows you how to find yours, quantify them, and place them where recruiters look first.

A duty is what you were responsible for ("Managed social media accounts"). An achievement is the measurable result ("Grew Instagram following from 4K to 28K in 8 months"). Recruiters skim duties and stop on achievements. Every bullet should aim to be the second kind.
Attach a number, a percentage, a timeframe, or a rupee value. "Reduced report turnaround from 5 days to 1." "Cut cloud costs by 32%." "Closed Rs 1.2 Cr in new business in Q3." If you cannot measure the outcome directly, use scope: team size, number of clients, volume handled.
No work experience yet? Pull from academics, projects, internships, and extracurriculars. "Led a 6-person team to win the inter-college hackathon." "Built a portfolio site that reached 10K visitors." "Scored in the top 2% in GATE." Achievements do not require a job, only evidence of impact.

Build my resumeResponsibilities are what you were assigned; achievements are the measurable results you produced. Lead with achievements.
Use academics, projects, internships, and extracurriculars. Any evidence of measurable impact counts.
You can keep a short "Key Achievements" section, but the strongest place for them is woven into your Experience bullets as quantified outcomes.
