How to Compensate for No Work Experience
Three things make up for thin work history. First, quantify everything you have done — "Built a Python web scraper handling 50,000 daily records" beats "Did a Python project". Second, list certifications generously — they prove initiative and current skill. Third, mention every internship, even short or unpaid ones, with measurable outcomes. UAE recruiters understand that freshers are early in their careers; what they want to see is that you're trainable, motivated, and self-aware about what you bring.
Visa Status for Fresh Graduates in the UAE
If you graduated from a UAE university, you're typically on a Dependent Visa (under a parent) or a recent Student-to-Job-Seeker Visa. Both should be stated clearly. If you've just arrived from overseas on a Visit Visa with the intent to job-hunt, state "Visit Visa — actively interviewing" and be prepared to discuss sponsorship in interviews. Do I need to include my school (10th and 12th) results?
