Accountability
Corrections policy
We want factual errors to be easy to report, investigate, and correct.

Report an error
Email support@pikaresume.com with the affected URL, the disputed statement, why it is inaccurate, and the strongest available supporting source. Screenshots are useful for changing prices or product features.
How we review reports
We check the claim against primary evidence, the live product, internal product configuration, or the underlying research data as appropriate. We may contact the reporter for clarification. Commercial disagreements are not treated as factual corrections unless evidence shows the published statement is inaccurate or materially incomplete.
How corrections appear
- Minor spelling, grammar, or formatting fixes may be made without a notice.
- Material factual changes should update the page's reviewed or modified date.
- When an error changes the meaning of a claim, the page should include a plain-language correction note.
- Unsupported claims are removed rather than softened into another unsupported claim.
Product and pricing changes
A product changing after publication is an update, not necessarily an error. Public prices in Pika's machine-readable fact files are generated from the same product configuration used by the pricing experience, reducing the chance of stale duplicated values.
